ORDERS
- How long will it take for my order arrive?

Orders typically take 24 business hours (Mon-Fri) to process. The transit time after that depends on which shipping option you select at checkout and where you are in the world:
U.S.
Overnight (Next Business Day)
Express (2-3 Business Days)
Standard (3-5 Business Days)Â
*Please note that due to covid-19 we are experiencing slight shipping and fulfillment delays that could cause your order taking an additional 3-5 business days to arrive than planned*
Rest of World:
The transit time for any order shipped outside of the U.S. can be anywhere from 7-21 business days, depending on what country the package is shipped to. (please note due to covid-19 causing global freight delays international packages could temporarily experience longer than normal shipping times)Â
For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order at any time. For further questions, feel free to email us at care@chnge.com.
Our warehouse is closed for some holidays and orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and unfortunately, we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times. - Where do you ship my order from?
- Our warehouse is located at 66 Saratoga Blvd Devens, MA 01434, US. Please DO NOT ship any returns or exchanges to this address without going through our returns process here chnge.returnly.com
- What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after placing it?
- We'll be happy to help. Please email care@chnge.com as soon as possible.
- Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?
- If you did not receive an order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@chnge.com so we can check on your order for you.
- Can I choose a delivery date/time?
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.
- Do you ship internationally?
- YES!!!
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes CHNGE to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that CHNGE may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
PLEASE NOTE:Â Vintage items are not yet available outside the U.S.

PRODUCT INFO
- How do I care for my item?
- To ensure the garment's longevity please be sure to machine wash cold, and tumble dry low. We also recommend that after the first wash you allow the garment to air dry, just to be safe. PLEASE NOTE: If the item is pieced or multi-colored we do recommend the first few washes being done by hand to help prevent bleeding. To save water and energy, we also ask that you only wash when absolutely needed. CHNGE and the rest of planet Earth thanks you :)
- How can I tell what size I am?

Our clothes fit true to size. To find out how an item fits, consult our size and fit notes on all of our product pages. If you need additional help, email us at care@chnge.com.
- Will unavailable sizes/styles be restocked?
- We apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes we re-stock. Sometimes we don’t. Our items tend to sell out quickly and as a result only some sizes are available for certain items. If you would like to be notified of our next drop to ensure you can get to your favorite items first, subscribe to our email!
- Can I be notified when something comes back in stock?
- Sign-up to stay in touch with us and know when our next drop hits.

- Do you charge sales tax?
- Tax is applied to Massachusetts, Hawaii, California, Pennsylvania, and New York.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
CATCH
- How do I sign up?
- Select Catch at checkout. You’ll be redirected to Catch to log in or create an account. To create an account, you’ll need to provide your phone number, name and email and link your bank account. Catch uses Plaid and Teller to link your bank in seconds—you’ve probably done this before if you have Venmo, Robinhood, or have filed your taxes online. If you already have a Catch account, just verify your phone number and pay.
- Is Catch free?
- Yes! You'll only earn money, never pay money.
- How does the sign up bonus work?
- If it’s your first time using Catch, you’ll get an extra $10 in store credit towards your next purchase in addition to what CHNGE is offering.
- Are there any restrictions to my Catch credits?
- Your CHNGE credits can only be redeemed online at CHNGE and must be used before they expire. To redeem, just pay with Catch again next time you’re shopping with us. You can’t earn or redeem credits on gift card purchases. Other than that, no restrictions!
- How will I redeem my credits?
- Your credits will automatically be applied when you shop with us again and pay with Catch. You can also manage your credits at any time by logging into your Catch account. If you’d like to share the love, simply select “share as gift” in your Catch account to gift your credit to a friend so they can use it towards something special at CHNGE.
- How does Catch make money?
- Unlike other payment methods who take a cut of every transaction, Catch charges CHNGE only when it drives value to our business. In other words, we pay Catch a small fee if and when you return and redeem your Catch-earned store credit.
